We’re on a mission.
Converte is uniquely placed in the Agricultural sector, providing nutritional based inputs to drive health and efficiency across the sector. Farmers save money though improved efficiencies and at the same time build the resilience of their land to withstand the stresses of extreme weather conditions.
Converte was founded in 2011 and now has a decade of experience servicing farmers across Australia. We have solid data behind our product efficacy and results on the ground that speak for themselves.
Our mission is to build food-chain health from the soil up.

How it started.
Converte’s first product, Converte Universal Natural Plantfood, was developed by the brilliant scientist, David Menne, back in 1996 and has been extensively trialed across farms and home gardens for the past 13 years with incredible results.
Born in South Africa and trained as a chemical engineer, David Menne made a name for himself in the Western Australian mining industry during the 1980s. He pioneered work on mineral extraction using natural chelation techniques which are still used today. David successfully leveraged this chelation technology in agriculture and spent over a decade researching soil and plant linkages to human health. His unpublished work focuses on the availability of nutrient dense foods, and the enhanced health benefit for both animals and humans.
After David passed away in 2003, Conrad Vereker continued to realize David’s dream of remineralising our soils to help human health – reintroducing nutrient-dense products full of minerals and vitamins that are missing in our food today. In 2008, a number of like-minded investors came on board to help market this unique product and vision across Australia and the world.
Converte’s approach to transferring health from soils to plants and animals is inherently scalable and can be applied universally to food production systems. Converte holds an important answer to more sustainable and nutrient-rich food production, reducing the environmental impact of farming whilst catalysing the ecological health of farms and those that occupy the land.
Converte is headquartered in Griffith, New South Wales, with passionate, knowledgeable staff throughout Australia.
